Our second fancy dress walk up iconic Teesside landmark Roseberry Topping, took place on Wednesday 21st August as part of our summer HAF. Over 40 people, including volunteers and parents, participated in the walk, the majority in fancy dress, led by a Viking, with Barney the Dinosaur bringing up the rear. All filmed in glorious technicolour by Uncle Sam. The weather was dry and warm(ish) but a bit windier than we would have liked but everybody made it to the top and down again, virtually uninjured apart from a clumsy gorilla rolling about in the sheep droppings and Poppy who was stung by a wasp.
