Peter Dobson and Craig Sawdon took on the 26 mile challenge on September 14 from 5.15am until 12pm. The two Progression Property directors walked in aid of Roseberry Community Consortium, a Stockton based charity.

Peter and Craig have got to know the charity very well through involvement in a local BNI networking event where they will have learnt about the fantastic work that the charity does and the difference they make to the lives of youngsters in the area.

A total of close to £1,500 was raised thanks to the generosity of the community.

Progression Property, based on Linthorpe Road Middlesbrough, was founded in August 2021 by friends Craig and Peter and has gone on to provide a range of services including property sales, lettings, student lettings, maintenance and refurbishments, property sourcing, and a ‘quick sale’ auction alternative – Sell Your Property Fast – North East. The team has grown to a total of 8 offering over 45 years of hands-on property experience.
