Our charity has recently begun leasing the building next door to our hub, so we can expand, grow and have more space for our activities. Also it will be used for our Roseberry Alternative Provision offshoot. It is a large building and plans are ambitious; firstly we are utilising a pair of adjacent rooms, one as a photo and video studio with a green screen area and rehearsal space for our musicians, as well as music tuition, the next door room will be a music recording and video editing suite. A hair and beauty salon is taking shape and our next step will be to use the kitchen and former dining room as a food technology area. Another pair of rooms are to be a science lab and an IT suite. The large room at the front of the building is to become the Zen Zone with comfortable seating and projectors for music and video entertainment, a space to chill and relax. It is envisaged the upstairs rooms will be utilised as offices and counselling spaces. All our volunteers are committed to ensuring the building is open as soon as possible and when it is finished, we plan to have an open day, when anyone interested can come and have a look around the building and facilities.
