The Neuro Network activity for this week was a Slime Session, messy fun producing some concoctions which definitely lived up to what it said on the box: glittery, slimy, disgustingness. Street Safe Self Defence was also popular this morning with participants of all ages, abilities and sizes enjoying everything from grappling to kick boxing. After twelve, the StarmakerZ crew wandered in, the teenage rock star contingent crawling out of their beds before the crack of noon, just so they could make a room full of noise even noisier. Others chose to learn their instruments in less deafening environments; options can be tailored to suit.
