Easter HAF Day Four

And in the blink of an eye, that’s four days over. Our fourth day is always cinema day, when we walk to The Arc and watch the previous three days adventures on the big screen, accompanied by as many relatives as the kids can drag in. The morning session is generally a go as you please affair, with games and activities chosen by the children. Today we ranged from video editing and music to pool, Play Your Cards Right and the ever popular basketball, to name but a few. Lunch was a buffet to help the children understand healthy food choices, it seems to be working as salad and fruit featured on almost everyone’s plates. Although there was cake too, seeing as one of our regulars, Junior, has reached the grand old age of twelve. One pm at The Arc, we settled down to view our movie on the cinema screen and show parents and relatives what we have been up to for the past few days. Then, our first HAF week was over and it was time for home, to take a break, eat Easter Eggs and recharge ready to do it all again next week.
