For our Neuro Network activity this Saturday we enjoyed some stop motion filming in our green screen studio. Tyler put on his teaching head and instructed all present in the basics of stop motion before we let anyone loose on set. Tutoring over – thank you Tyler, the children began the painstaking work of moving models a millimeter or two at a time, taking a picture and repeating the action, 150 times, which did take up most of our two hour slot. The last few minutes were spent constructing sound effects for use in the finished movie. Excellent work today from all involved, the unusual combination of patience and enthusiasm was displayed by all the children. Watch this space for the world premiere, sometime next week.
