Earlier this week, one of our regulars, Jac, was given an award by his school for his awareness and sensitivity when he calmed an upset friend at school. Jac took his schoolmate to a quiet corner, where he used verbal and non-verbal techniques to assuage his friend and make him happy again. When the teachers asked Jac where he had learnt how to do this, he replied, “From Paul at the charity.” We are all immensely proud of Jac, his kindness and empathy are an example to others. Well done. To mark our appreciation, Paul presented Jac with the rarely seen StarmakerZ Gold Award.
