Osbournes Sunday.

For the third year running StarmakerZ (the music tuition branch of Roseberry Community Consortium) has taken over the beer garden of Osbournes in Yarm to host a show, featuring the choir and many of our StarmakerZ musicians. Confidence was high and everyone played and sang to a high standard. Even a brief, mid-song power cut couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm and things were soon back on track for the afternoon to continue. As always the event was well supported and thanks must go to all the parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, brothers, sisters, friends and neighbours who turned up to watch the show. We are especially grateful to all the people who bought raffle tickets, went on the blind cards and put money in the collecting boxes – the charity could not survive without your help. When we have a final total for the money raised it will be on the website. The biggest thanks of all must, as ever, go to Jay and the team at Osbournes who genuinely go out of their way to welcome us and make the event the success it is. Lots of pictures were taken, a few are on here but the majority are on our Facebook page, I hope they capture the atmosphere and enjoyment of the afternoon.
